GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY HELD AT ST. MARY CHURCH IN LIVINGSTON, NJ ON OCTOBER 17

Archbishop Khajag Barsamian, Primate of the Diocese of the Armenian Church of America (Eastern), presided over a groundbreaking ceremony at St. Mary Armenian Church in Livingston, N.J. on Friday, October 17 at 7 p.m.  The ceremony launched the church's Building and Expansion Project of the Toufayan Hall and Cultural and Educational Complex. A total of 3,000 square feet will be added to the Toufayan Hall as well as 3,000 square feet to the rest of the church, including new classrooms, offices, major upgrades, a media center and the Haig Dadourian Memorial Center as well as a chair lift and full accessibility.

An elegant cocktail reception followed the October 17 ceremony in the Toufayan Hall at 7:30 p.m.
